Exercise Animations
The exercises in the column on the left were drawn in Adobe Photoshop. The exercises in the column on the right were motion captured.
The cleanup of the Mocap was done with Motion Analysis (Cortex) and MotionBuilder. The animation and rendering was done in 3ds Max. These represent a few of over a thousand animations. Rendered in both male and female and four ethnicities.
Each exercise has the choice of male or female and a selection of four ethnicities.
