It took a couple hours. I found out after working on getting the front facing camera and sensor back together, the camera was very loose and that my cheaper LCD replacement screen (ended up getting what I paid for) didn’t come with the camera holder and sensor cover. So I Frankensteined them off the old broken screen and MacGyvered them onto the new one.
Restored phone from backup. As good as new! $20 well spent.
